Yoella Bereby-Meyer is a professor at the department of psychology at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering (1997) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. I spent two years (1999-2001) as a post-doctoral fellow at Harvard Business School. I study decision making in social contexts, focusing on topics such as cooperation, reciprocity, fairness, and honesty and in differentiating passive from active risk tendencies. At Ben Gurion University at the department of Psychology I established the lab for Social Decision Making and Risk (SDMR)
